WELL THAT WAS A TONIC FOR THE BRAIN AND BODY!

Hello lovelies, Got a few thanks to say here and an update on whats happening this week.

Firstly, massive thank you to everybody at the Bay Horse in Sudbury for an absolutely sublime acoustic show with my good buddies Glen Buck and Simon Pinto. Its was the first outing of my Vonbeardingband and I wanted musicians who I knew I could count on in any situation to pull out the goods where needed. The boys certainly delivered and we had an absolute blast of a night! :-D

So thanks to Micaela and the crew at the pub for putting us on and to all the friendly long overdue faces who came along. It has been years since i’ve seen some of you and it was a pleasure as always xxx

Its very strange playing a show after having covid and not having the fear looming over you of seeing everybody as a plague carrier. I was extremely fortunate to have a super mild version, which has not been the case for many many people. But I hope to hell that this direction it all seems to be going in will carry on in the future, as this taste of normality was extremely moreish!

So what’s happening this week? Well as bear appears to be stable at the moment (obviously subject to change) mine and Carries drum stream should be venturing back on the Wednesday, with a Bumfoolery show stream on Thursday. Thursday I will be attempting to raise money for a very good and important cause which I will tell more about on the stream. So if you are about, please come and join and see what its all about.

Saturday Rekovered are back in the saddle at the Boars Head in Braintree. Feels like forever since we’ve walked through the doors of our home from home, so twill be good to see all your sexy faces again.
